The Standards Aligned System (SAS) Professional Development (PD) Center is a major provider of Act 48 programming for Pennsylvania educators. PDE encourages educators to enroll in and complete the many program offerings related to their instructional roles.

In an effort to decrease the number of course abandonments and withdrawals, an educator may not enroll in more than three courses at any given time. Once those Act 48 programs are completed, educators are welcome to enroll in additional offerings.

This change will take effect July 1, 2017.
