2026 Improving Schools Performance (ISP) Conference

Dates: January 25-28, 2026
Location: Pittsburgh Sheraton Hotel, Station Square
Purpose: Join us for the 2026 Title I Improving Schools Performance Conference, where school leaders and instructors will gather to gain insights from experts on strategies to enhance student achievement and meet the targets of the PA Accountability System. This conference is an excellent opportunity to learn from peers who have successfully improved student learning and achievement. Participants will gain new perspectives on effective, evidence-based strategies and methods that can be implemented into their school system.

Call for Presenters: The Improving Schools Performance Conference is searching for leaders and educators in the field who have utilized their Title I funding to leverage resources and staff to support the overall achievement of students’ academic skills and well-being.
Request for Proposals: We are looking for presenters from school districts, charter schools, and organizations to facilitate 90-minute sessions for this 2.5-day event. Presenter Benefits: If your proposal is accepted, the registration for the lead and secondary presenters will be discounted at a rate of $150 per person. Additionally, all lodging and parking expenses will be covered by the Division of Federal Programs. Additional LEA team member presenters may use appropriate grant funds to support full registration and lodging fees.
