COVID-19 Vaccine Lesson Plan for Grades 9-12 from PBS NewsHour EXTRA

Equipped with knowledge of how the COVID-19 vaccine works and why it is important, students can research challenges to vaccine distribution in their own communities, and invent ways to get vaccines to community members who may face obstacles to vaccination.
The lesson plan, appropriate for students 6-12, contains three 50-minute classes, though any single day can be adapted to work as a stand-alone lesson. Great for those who teach biology, engineering, science, invention, and government.
