Save the Date Organ and Tissue Donation Awareness Conference

Please join us for our annual Organ and Tissue Donation Awareness (OTDA) Spring Conference on May 7th and 8th at Wyndham Garden State College!

This is a free conference for educators, administrators and school nurses. If you are unable to attend, you can send a representative from your school to attend on your behalf.

You may arrive any time after 4:00pm on Tuesday, May 6, 2025, at Wyndham Garden State College, 310 Elks Club Road, Boalsburg, Pa 16827. Check in, get settled and enjoy the grounds.

Wednesday, May 7, 2025

8:30am – 2:30pm
Breakfast is provided by the hotel each morning, and registration will open at 7:30am. The conference begins at 8:30am. Throughout the day, there will be presentations, activities and an opportunity to learn about our 2025-2026 Grant Proposal. Lunch, as well as breaks & snacks, are provided.

6:30pm
Please join us at 6:30pm for a casual dinner to catch up with colleagues, discuss new ideas and create collaboration opportunities. We are all a part of the same team or crew for organ donation, so please wear your school’s “crew or team” attire and bring along your favorite inspiring quote to share!
*Dinner will include vegetarian and gluten-free options.

9:00am – 11:30am
Coffee with our recipients and donor families will begin at 9:00am. Lunch will be “grab and go” boxed lunches to take with you.
